Who we are
This website is run by Gannon Miconi, trading as GoldenSpikeDigital, based in Utah. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, your email address, your website link (if you give one), the package you pick and your message. The contact form is the only place this site collects personal information.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your message and, if you go ahead, to quote and plan your project. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
- FormSubmit delivers your form message to our email inbox. It handles your message in transit.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts this site uses. When a page loads, your browser requests them from Google, which can see your IP address.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our email for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the project. We delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
